Internships

Internship Programme

We offer structured 3–6 month internships for university and college students in agriculture, food science, engineering, business, and ICT. Our interns receive hands-on exposure to real operations in a certified, internationally aligned environment.

          Ideal Internship Candidates:
          Students enrolled in relevant degree or diploma programmes
JKUAT, UoN, Pwani University, KMTC or equivalent institutions
Self-motivated, willing to work in a farm and operations environment
Interested in sustainable agriculture and food systems

          Minimum 3 years relevant work experience
Proven track record in previous roles
Strong alignment with our values and mission
Willingness to be based in or relocate to Malindi, Kenya
