Ingredients

  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil or olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Optional Swahili spices: cumin, cardamom, turmeric, or coconut milk

Preparation Steps
